Do it, stay married, be a better spouse now that you’ve gotten it out of your system, or leave your spouse so you can do what you want, or do nothing, stay married, but unhappily.

What I’m asking is if cheating is always the worst option. Can’t it sometimes be the best choice, if you recognize truly your limits and also what the other options are. If what’s most important to you is your marriage, what is a little infidelity. Isn’t it easier to be faithful for 6 years than be married for 45 with a couple nights of sin.
Your overall judgemental responses in a way proves my point. All or nothing and that’s that. Get divorced, you say. Do you all really think all your grandparents were faithful? No way. Why? Because divorce was NOT an option.
And before you judge me, I never said I did or would. Asking doesn’t give men a bad name. How many of your fathers left your mothers?? Why? Because they thought it was yes or no, black or white.
